We'll chat through your health concerns and goals on a free 30-minute discovery call. I’ll send over a detailed health questionnaire and food diary for you to complete.

Personalised Consultations

We’ll deep dive into your physiology, health goals, nutrition, and personal relationship with food. A personalised diet, lifestyle and supplement plan will be collaboratively created.

Ongoing Support

We'll meet every 3-4 weeks to review your personal health and nutritional status in more detail. Specialist tests may be recommended where necessary. Weekly check-ins will keep you on track.
