Registered Nutritional Therapist, Health Coach & Speaker

I help people rebuild confidence in their bodies and their food choices, with a special focus on Crohn’s disease and digestive health.

Living with Crohn’s myself, I understand the uncertainty, fatigue and frustration that comes with chronic symptoms. I also know the feeling of wanting more than just β€œgetting by” - that desire to feel strong, energised, and to truly thrive.

My approach is evidence-based, personalised and deeply supportive - helping you uncover the root cause and triggers of your symptoms so you can feel more empowered, resilient, and in tune with your body.
